Before we can move forward, we have to understand how we got here. To design the life we want, we must take ownership of the one we already created.

Create
Knowing what I don't want, shows me more clearly what I do want.
*Brain dump thoughts so you can see them, edit what no longer serves you and gain clarity of what you actually want.

Install
To move forward, we must replace old thoughts/habits with new ones.
I use music to introduce new thought, upgrade the vibe and reach a higher frequency.
